- ¼ cup unsweetened soy milk

Creamy Butternut Squash and Orange Smoothie
Ingredients

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2
Add more almond milk for a more liquid smoothie.
- Step 3
Serve with a sprinkle of hemp hearts and chia seeds.
Common Questions & Swaps
- If at the time of the year that you are reading this recipe, blood oranges are not in season, feel free to swap them out with a regular orange.

No hemp hearts or flax seeds? You can omit them. I personally love to add them to my smoothies for added healthy fats and Omega 3s.
