- 1 454g block of extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 -1 cup panko (or gluten free panko)
Massaged Kale
- 4 curly kale leaves , cut into bite sized-pieces
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp truffle oil
Garlicky Mayo
- 4 tbsp vegan mayo
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
