- 1 cup cooked and cooled brown rice
- 2 tbsp maple flavored bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp minced dried onion
- 1 tbsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Caramelized Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (such as avocado or canola)
- 1 8oz pack button mushrooms , sliced
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp maple syrup

- 4 burger buns
- Yellow mustard
- Vegan mayo
