- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 medium frozen banana , sliced

- 1 medium zucchini , sliced
- 1-2 medjool dates , pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- ½ cup filtered water
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp ground chia or flax seeds , optional
- 1 tsp moringa , optional
- 1 tsp amla powder , optional
