USA Rice needed to create awareness and educate Canadian consumers about the versatility, sustainability, affordability, origin, and nutritional benefits of U.S. rice.
This campaign was set to take place on Instagram and included the creation of a recipe, a carousel post, and Instagram stories.
I developed a vegan meatball recipe featuring shiitake mushrooms and aromatic U.S.-grown brown rice, to highlight everything this rice is: nutritious, versatile, delicious!
My post reached over 215,000 accounts on Instagram.
