Scone Dough
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 5 tbsp unsalted vegan butter , divided
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Le Grand’s Chai Latte vegan yogurt
Spiced Glaze
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbsp Le Grand’s Chai Latte vegan yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
