Floral, fizzy, lightly sweetened, and with lovely notes of citrus, this cocktail is a beautiful way to celebrate the arrival of warmer months.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 oz elderflower syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • Grapefruit sparkling water
  • Grapefruit slice , for garnish

Recipe

  1. Step 1

    Add ice cube to a glass.

  2. Step 2

    Pour in elderflower syrup and gin. Stir.

  3. Step 3

    Top with grapefruit sparkling water and a slice of grapefruit, for garnish. Enjoy!
