Savory Waffles
- 1 tbsp ground chia or flax seeds
- 3 tbsp filtered water
- 1 cup yellow corn meal (#400)
- 1 cup gluten free baking flour (I used this one)
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 ¾ cups unsweetened soy milk
- Avocado oil , for greasing the waffle iron
Sautéed Mushrooms & Spinach
- 1 ½ tsp miso
- 1 tbsp filtered water
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 pack (227g/8oz) sliced cremini mushrooms
