Summer Produce Abundance
In Quebec, we get to experience 4 distinct seasons, which means that for a good chunk of the year, most of the fresh produce is imported from the US or Latin America.
Once the spring rolls around, I am always incredibly excited to start cooking and baking with fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits.
This abundance of seasonal produce inspired me to create this recipe roundup, which features vibrant mains, refreshing snacks, fruit and veg-forward baked goods, thirst-quenching drinks, and even a decadent make ahead breakfast.
