I promised you some fall content my friends and I am so excited to introduce to you to these Vegan Pumpkin Butter Rolls.
Seriously, this year was the year I reconnected with yeast and this recipe is basically an ode to that new blossoming friendship!
These rolls are basically everything you need in a fall dessert. They are…
Nice and chunky
Incredibly pillowy soft
Loaded with warming spices
Made with pumpkin (because, how could they not)
Sweetened with glorious maple syrup.
The recipe for these rolls literally came to me one morning as I was prepping for a client shoot. It just popped into my head and the moment it did, I knew I had to make these rolls.
The steps to make them are quite similar to my Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Rolls. The biggest difference is the baking dish (in this case I baked these rolls in a large baking dish to give them lots of room to expand and be extra fluffy) and of course the filling.
Whether you decide to enjoy these beauties on their own, with a cup of coffee, or a warm mug of pumpkin spice latte (why not!), I know they will win your heart over!
Guys, I am telling you, you have to try this recipe! These rolls were absolutely heavenly and were gone so so fast in my household! Not only are they vegan, super tasty and pillowy but also, they are made with a vegetable… So there is literally no reason why you should not treat yourself to these!
If you want to give these Vegan Pumpkin Butter Rolls a try, please do; I know you will absolutely love them! And if you do end up making it, share it on social media and tag me (@muriellebanackissa).
Have a wonderful week my friends!
